As a sought-after professional coach, Dr. Minus earned his Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential from the world-renowned International Coaching Federation and actively coaches school leaders and C-suite executives. Dr. Minus leverages his experiences as a public and private sector executive to help individuals scale their leadership through his proprietary Humanity of Leadership Framework.
